Welcome to VGame.gg (“VGame,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). VGame.gg is a game-related digital service platform operated under the VGame brand by JOYLEVEL PTE. LTD. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of VGame.gg, including our website, product pages, checkout pages, payment features, customer support channels, order systems, and any services provided through or in connection with VGame.gg (collectively, the “Services”).
VGame provides game-related top-up and digital product services for global players, including direct top-up, login-based top-up, in-game item transaction support, CDK / redemption code services, and other virtual product-related services.
The Services may be available to users in multiple countries and regions. However, availability may vary by product, game, region, payment method, local laws, sanctions restrictions, supplier coverage, publisher rules, and operational risk controls. We may refuse, cancel, restrict, or refund orders that originate from unsupported regions or that create payment, legal, tax, sanctions, fraud, platform-policy, or operational risk.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing through, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not use the Services.

1. Services and Use License
1.1 Scope of Services
VGame may provide the following types of services:
- Direct Top-Up Services: Users provide required game account identifiers, such as UID, player ID, server, region, character name, or other necessary information, and VGame assists with the purchase or delivery of virtual currency, game credits, memberships, subscriptions, passes, or other digital game-related products.
- Login-Based Top-Up Services: For certain games or products, users may be required to provide temporary login credentials, verification assistance, or account access information so that VGame can complete the requested top-up or digital delivery process.
- In-Game Item Transaction Services: VGame may facilitate or support the purchase, delivery, transfer, gift, listing, settlement, or completion of certain in-game items, skins, props, bundles, account-related items, or other digital goods where technically available and not expressly prohibited by applicable rules known to us.
- CDK / Redemption Code Services: VGame may provide game codes, gift codes, voucher codes, serial keys, redemption codes, or other similar digital codes.
- Other Related Services: VGame may provide customer support, order tracking, delivery status updates, promotional activities, and other services related to digital game products.
The actual services available may vary by game, product type, user location, publisher rules, stock availability, supplier availability, payment channel, account status, and operational conditions.
1.2 Limited License to Use the Website
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, VGame grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use VGame.gg solely for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise expressly authorized by us in writing.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or exploit any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
1.3 Global Availability and Regional Restrictions
VGame is designed to serve global players, but not all products, payment methods, delivery methods, prices, promotions, or support channels are available in every country or region.
We do not represent that every Service is appropriate, lawful, available, or compliant in every jurisdiction. Users who access or use the Services are responsible for complying with applicable local laws, platform rules, payment rules, tax obligations, and game publisher policies.
VGame may reject, cancel, restrict, or refund orders from unsupported regions, high-risk regions, sanctioned regions, or regions where we cannot legally or operationally provide the relevant product or service.
1.4 No Affiliation with Game Publishers Unless Expressly Stated
Unless clearly stated on the relevant product page, VGame is an independent service platform and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or operated by any game publisher, developer, platform owner, app store, payment provider, or trademark owner.
All game names, product names, logos, trademarks, icons, screenshots, and related materials belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification, product description, and compatibility reference purposes.
1.5 Service Availability
We may update, suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time due to reasons including but not limited to stock changes, payment risks, supplier changes, publisher policy changes, technical maintenance, fraud prevention, legal compliance requirements, sanctions controls, account security concerns, or operational conditions.
VGame does not guarantee that all products, delivery methods, payment methods, prices, promotions, regions, or service channels will remain available at all times.

2. Accounts and User Conduct
2.1 User Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You are at least 18 years old, or you have obtained valid consent from your parent or legal guardian where legally permitted.
- You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws, sanctions rules, platform policies, payment network rules, game publisher rules, or this Agreement.
- You are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any region where use of the Services is prohibited by applicable sanctions, export control rules, payment network rules, or VGame’s risk-control requirements.
- All information you provide to VGame is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict accounts, or request additional verification if we believe you do not meet the eligibility requirements or if your order creates legal, payment, fraud, sanctions, operational, or platform-policy risk.
2.2 Account Registration and Security
Some Services may require you to create an account or provide order-related information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, email address, verification codes, device access, payment credentials, game account information, and any information used to place orders.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account or using information provided by you, whether or not authorized by you, unless such activity is caused solely by VGame’s proven fault.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, account misuse, payment fraud, order manipulation, or account-related security issues.
2.3 Login-Based Top-Up Requirements
For login-based top-up services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You must only provide login information for a game account that you lawfully own or are authorized to use.
- You are responsible for ensuring that providing such login information does not violate any applicable game rules, platform terms, publisher policies, or laws.
- You should change your password, revoke temporary access, or update security settings after the service is completed where appropriate.
- VGame will use the provided login information only for the purpose of completing the requested service, order verification, necessary customer support, fraud prevention, or dispute investigation.
- VGame may refuse to process login-based orders if we detect abnormal risk, account disputes, suspected unauthorized access, inconsistent information, security restrictions, publisher-side blocks, regional restrictions, or payment risk.
Temporary game login passwords, verification codes, or similar access credentials provided for login-based top-up will be deleted, anonymized, or rendered inaccessible after the order is completed and the reasonable complaint or dispute review period has expired, generally no later than 14 days after order completion, unless longer retention is necessary for fraud investigation, chargeback defense, legal compliance, security review, or dispute resolution.
You understand that login-based top-up may involve account access from a device, IP address, network, fulfillment environment, or geographic location that differs from your normal usage pattern. Third-party game publishers or platforms may detect unusual login behavior, non-routine IP activity, cross-region activity, account sharing, payment differences, or other account security signals. Any resulting account verification, security lock, warning, rollback, top-up reversal, currency deduction, item removal, restriction, suspension, ban, or similar action taken by a third-party game publisher or platform is a known industry risk and is not controlled by VGame.
VGame’s collection of IP address, device information, order records, login-assistance information, and delivery logs is used for our own fraud prevention, order fulfillment, customer support, security, and dispute handling. VGame cannot control and is not responsible for third-party game publishers or platforms enforcing their own terms of service, account security systems, regional policies, or anti-fraud rules.
2.4 Prohibited User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing false, stolen, misleading, incomplete, or unauthorized account information.
- Using stolen payment methods, unauthorized cards, compromised accounts, chargeback schemes, payment fraud, or refund abuse.
- Purchasing products for accounts you do not own or are not authorized to operate.
- Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting the Services without our written permission.
- Attempting to interfere with website operations, payment systems, order systems, inventory systems, customer support systems, risk-control systems, or security controls.
- Using bots, crawlers, scripts, automation tools, scraping tools, or similar methods without permission.
- Abusing coupons, referral rewards, promotions, discounts, membership benefits, pricing errors, or system errors.
- Submitting offensive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content through customer support or any user communication channel.
- Engaging in activities that violate game publisher rules, platform terms, intellectual property rights, anti-money laundering rules, sanctions rules, consumer protection laws, payment rules, or other applicable regulations.
- Attempting to bypass product restrictions, regional restrictions, risk controls, purchase limitations, delivery rules, account verification, or payment verification procedures.
VGame may suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, withhold delivery, request verification, refuse refunds, report misconduct, or take other appropriate actions if we reasonably believe a user has violated this Agreement.

3. Virtual Items and Payments
3.1 Nature of Virtual Products
Products sold or delivered through VGame are generally digital, virtual, and game-related. Such products may include virtual currency, credits, diamonds, coins, points, memberships, subscriptions, battle passes, in-game items, gift codes, CDKs, vouchers, or other digital benefits.
Virtual products are not legal tender, bank deposits, stored-value money, securities, financial instruments, or physical goods. Their use, validity, availability, transferability, and functionality may be subject to the rules of the relevant game publisher, platform, app store, supplier, region, or third-party service provider.
3.2 Product Information and User Responsibility
Before placing an order, you are responsible for carefully checking all product information, including but not limited to:
- Game title.
- Server, region, platform, or account environment.
- Player ID, UID, account ID, character name, server ID, role ID, email, phone number, or other required account information.
- Product amount, package size, quantity, currency, price, and taxes or fees where applicable.
- Delivery method, estimated delivery time, and special instructions.
- Platform restrictions, device restrictions, account restrictions, game requirements, regional restrictions, or publisher rules.
VGame is not responsible for failed, delayed, incorrect, or irreversible delivery caused by incorrect information submitted by the user, including wrong UID, wrong server, wrong region, wrong account, wrong game, wrong platform, duplicate order, outdated account information, or incomplete order details.
3.3 Prices, Taxes, and Fees
Product prices may change at any time due to market conditions, supplier pricing, exchange rates, payment channel fees, stock availability, promotions, tax configuration, local compliance costs, or operational adjustments.
The final price displayed at checkout is the applicable price for that order, unless there is an obvious pricing error, system error, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, exchange fees, bank fees, card fees, payment provider fees, or other charges imposed by third parties in connection with your purchase.
3.4 Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The payment information you provide is accurate and lawful.
- The transaction is not fraudulent, unauthorized, or related to illegal activity.
- You authorize VGame and its payment service providers to process the payment for your order.
We may use third-party payment processors. Your payment may also be subject to the terms, privacy policies, risk rules, compliance requirements, and dispute procedures of those payment processors.
3.5 Order Processing and Delivery
After payment is received or verified, VGame will process the order according to the applicable product rules and delivery method.
Delivery time may vary depending on product type, game system status, account verification, user location, stock availability, supplier response, payment review, user cooperation, network conditions, publisher-side delays, or account security checks.
Any delivery time shown on the website is an estimate only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery deadline unless expressly stated in writing.
3.6 Completed Orders and Finality
Because virtual products are digital and often irreversible once delivered, an order may be considered completed when any of the following occurs:
- The virtual currency, item, membership, subscription, credit, or benefit is successfully delivered to the designated game account.
- A CDK, gift code, voucher, redemption key, or similar code is issued, displayed, sent, revealed, or otherwise made available to the user.
- The user receives the requested login-based top-up, item delivery, transfer, gift, listing, settlement, or transaction result.
- The relevant third-party supplier, system, platform, or publisher confirms successful delivery.
Completed digital orders are generally non-refundable, except as expressly required by applicable law or clearly provided in VGame’s Refund Policy.
3.7 Refunds, Cancellations, and Failed Orders
VGame may provide a refund, replacement, redelivery, store credit, or order adjustment in appropriate circumstances, such as:
- The product is out of stock and cannot be delivered.
- Payment was received but the order cannot be processed due to reasons caused by VGame or its fulfillment partners.
- The user paid for a product but no digital product, code, or service was delivered, and the failure is verified by VGame.
- A duplicate payment or abnormal payment issue is confirmed.
- The order cannot be fulfilled because VGame determines before delivery that the user’s region, payment method, or product selection is unsupported.
VGame may refuse refunds in circumstances including but not limited to:
- The order has been successfully delivered.
- The CDK, voucher, code, or key has been issued, revealed, redeemed, copied, or otherwise made available.
- The user provided incorrect or incomplete order information.
- The user purchased the wrong product, wrong quantity, wrong server, wrong platform, wrong region, or wrong account by mistake.
- The user changed their mind after payment.
- The relevant game account was banned, restricted, rolled back, locked, reviewed, or penalized by a third party after delivery.
- The user violated this Agreement, publisher rules, payment rules, product instructions, or applicable laws.
- The order is subject to suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized payment, account abuse, coupon abuse, or risk review.
Refunds, where approved, may be returned to the original payment method, store balance, coupon credit, replacement product, or another method determined by VGame and available payment channels.
3.8 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, payment dispute, refund claim, or similar process without first contacting VGame to resolve the issue, we may suspend your account, restrict future purchases, cancel pending orders, withhold delivery, submit evidence to the payment provider, and take reasonable steps to recover losses.
If a chargeback or payment reversal occurs after a product has been delivered, VGame may treat the order as unpaid and may seek recovery of the delivered value, related fees, dispute fees, investigation costs, and any resulting losses to the extent permitted by law.

4. Marketplace Operation Rules
4.1 Product Listing and Availability
Products listed on VGame may be supplied directly by VGame or through third-party suppliers, distributors, service providers, or marketplace partners.
Product availability, stock, price, delivery method, delivery speed, regional availability, and product instructions may change without prior notice. VGame may remove, modify, suspend, or limit any product listing at any time.
4.2 Order Review and Risk Control
VGame may review orders manually or automatically for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment risk, abnormal activity, sanctions screening, order abuse, publisher-policy risk, or operational reasons.
We may require additional information before processing an order, including but not limited to order confirmation, account information correction, payment verification, identity-related verification where legally appropriate, or proof of authorization.
If the user fails to provide required information within a reasonable time, VGame may cancel the order, delay delivery, restrict service, or process the matter according to the applicable Refund Policy.
4.3 Delivery Rules for Different Business Types
Different service types may require different delivery rules:
- Direct Top-Up: Delivery depends on the accuracy of the provided player ID, server, region, platform, and other required information.
- Login-Based Top-Up: Delivery depends on user cooperation, account access, verification code availability, security restrictions, publisher-side review, regional compatibility, and game system status.
- In-Game Item Transactions: Delivery may depend on trading rules, market availability, account level, friend status, transfer limits, gift limits, cooldown periods, platform restrictions, regional restrictions, and publisher policies.
- CDK / Redemption Codes: Delivery is generally completed once the valid code is issued or made available to the user, unless the code is verified to be invalid due to VGame’s fault.
Users must read the relevant product description and delivery instructions before placing an order.
4.4 Promotions, Discounts, and Rewards
VGame may offer coupons, promotional prices, reward points, membership benefits, referral bonuses, or other promotional activities.
Promotions may be subject to specific terms, validity periods, regional limits, user limits, product limits, stock limits, payment limits, or anti-abuse rules.
VGame may cancel, adjust, or refuse any promotional benefit if we reasonably believe it was obtained through fraud, abuse, automation, duplicate accounts, false information, resale activity, payment manipulation, or violation of this Agreement.
4.5 User Communications and Customer Support
Users may contact VGame customer support for order assistance, payment issues, delivery status, refund requests, account information correction, or other service-related matters.
You agree to communicate with customer support in a respectful, lawful, and accurate manner. Abuse, threats, harassment, fraudulent claims, false evidence, or repeated malicious complaints may result in service restrictions.
VGame may keep records of support communications for order verification, dispute resolution, service quality, fraud prevention, chargeback defense, and legal compliance.
4.6 Third-Party Rules and Publisher Policies
Many products and services offered through VGame depend on third-party games, platforms, publishers, payment providers, suppliers, or networks.
You acknowledge that third-party rules may affect whether a product can be purchased, delivered, used, transferred, refunded, retained, or reversed. VGame is not responsible for changes, restrictions, penalties, account actions, account bans, account locks, item removals, currency deductions, rollbacks, system errors, security reviews, or policy updates made by third parties.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and use of any product complies with the applicable rules of the relevant game, platform, publisher, payment provider, and local laws.

5. Liability and Dispute Resolution
5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. VGame does not make any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, delivery speed, product suitability, third-party platform availability, compatibility with any particular user purpose, or continued availability of any game product or delivery method.
We do not guarantee that any game publisher, platform, payment provider, supplier, or third-party system will continue to support any product, account, region, method, payment channel, or delivery channel.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VGame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of account access, loss of game progress, loss of virtual items, balance deduction, account rollback, account ban, business interruption, reputational loss, or third-party penalties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VGame’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations of liability. In such cases, the limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
5.3 User Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VGame, JOYLEVEL PTE. LTD., their affiliates, operators, employees, contractors, service providers, suppliers, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Services.
- Your violation of this Agreement.
- Your violation of any law, regulation, third-party right, game rule, platform term, payment rule, or local requirement.
- Information, credentials, documents, screenshots, verification codes, or instructions provided by you.
- Fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or unlawful activity connected to your account, payment method, game account, or order.
5.4 Dispute Resolution Process
If a dispute arises between you and VGame, you agree to first contact VGame customer support and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
You should provide all relevant order information, payment evidence, screenshots, account identifiers, delivery status details, and any other materials reasonably required for investigation.
VGame will review disputes based on available records, order logs, payment records, supplier confirmations, system status, user communications, security records, and relevant third-party evidence.
5.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JOYLEVEL PTE. LTD. is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support shall be submitted to the competent courts or dispute resolution forum of that jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory law requires a different forum.
5.6 Force Majeure
VGame shall not be liable for delay, failure, interruption, or loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, regulatory changes, labor disputes, internet failures, cyberattacks, supplier failure, payment channel interruption, publisher system outage, app store restriction, game server maintenance, or other force majeure events.

6. Other Important Terms
6.1 Privacy, Data Protection, and Cookies
VGame may collect and process personal data, account-related information, order information, payment-related information, device information, IP address information, login-assistance information, and communication records as necessary to provide the Services, process orders, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, improve user experience, and resolve disputes.
Our handling of personal data is further described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is further described in our Cookies Policy. You may manage or reject certain cookies through your browser settings or through any cookie preference tool made available on VGame.gg, subject to the limitations described in our Cookies Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
6.2 Intellectual Property
All website content, design, layout, software, text, graphics, interfaces, service marks, logos, trade names, and other materials owned or controlled by VGame or JOYLEVEL PTE. LTD. are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without permission.
Third-party game names, logos, trademarks, images, icons, screenshots, and related materials belong to their respective owners.
6.3 Compliance with Laws and Sanctions
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services, including laws related to online payments, digital goods, consumer protection, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, sanctions, export controls, data protection, intellectual property, tax, and electronic commerce.
VGame may refuse, suspend, or cancel any order or account if we believe doing so is necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, payment, sanctions, export control, or risk-control requirements.
6.4 Updates to this Agreement
VGame may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on VGame.gg with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Services after the updated Agreement becomes effective means that you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Services.
6.5 Suspension and Termination
VGame may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, cancel pending orders, refuse future orders, withhold delivery, or take other appropriate measures if:
- You violate this Agreement.
- Your activity creates legal, financial, security, payment, operational, platform-policy, sanctions, or reputational risk.
- You engage in fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, account abuse, or illegal activity.
- Required verification cannot be completed.
- Continued service is restricted by third-party rules, supplier issues, payment channel rules, sanctions requirements, unsupported-region limitations, or applicable law.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that have already arisen, including payment obligations, dispute obligations, refund limitations, liability limitations, and indemnification obligations.
6.6 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or replaced to the maximum extent permitted by law to achieve its original purpose.
6.7 No Waiver
VGame’s failure or delay in enforcing any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
6.8 Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without VGame’s prior written consent.
VGame may assign, transfer, or delegate this Agreement in connection with business operations, restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, service provider arrangement, or legal compliance requirement.
